Kelly Brown - President / CFO

Kelly is one of the founders of the firm who has extensive experience in all aspects of Management and is also involved with Marketing/Public Relations.

Tara Brown, QPA - Vice President

Tara has 24 years of pension experiences specializing in plan design, administration and consulting.

Tara has a BComm Degree (Major Accounting) from the University of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.  She obtained her Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA). Tara is also a member of NIPA, WP&BC, Fiduciary Round Table, and the Pasadena-based ProVisors (the Professional Network Group, Inc.)

Shanelin Wang - Enrolled Actuary

Stan McKinney - Director of Administrative Services

Stan brings over 15 years of experience in Plan administration, Plan design and Plan operations for all sizes and types tax-qualified arrangements. His focus is always on the client, and how a Plan should be an addition to an Employer. Always willing to ask a tough question, always willing to accept a tough answer, Stan's goal is to make the Employer's Plan the best an Employer can offer his employees. "I never forget my real Employer is the client," says he.

Stan has a B.S. in mathematics from the University of Texas-Arlington, and a M.S. in mathematics from Texas A&M - Commerce. While Stan has lived and worked "coast to coast", he has never given up on his lifelong love of the Dallas Cowboys. When not working, you may spot him at a Race Track viewing the latest thoroughbreds (and hopefully cashing a winning exacta ticket).

Brian Roosjen - Plan Services Consultant

Brian is a native of California, has spent years in Peru and Hungary, and then moved to Chicago to seek out jazz and attend Northwestern University, which he left with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Music Technology.

Cherryll Ulit - Plan Services Consultant

Cherryll Ulit has a Degree in Computer Science and has worked in the Pension Industry for a number of years. She's responsible for all aspects of plan administration, which inclide providing dedicated ongoing proactive serices to our clients.

David Dorazio - Plan Design + Marketing
